Allan Dadgar
Chief Executive Officer
Chief Compliance Officer
Allan Dadgar is the Chief Executive Officer of Lattice Capital Management. He is also President and Chief Investment Officer of Elite Accounting and Financial Services, Inc., an accounting firm with an emphasis on investment and tax strategies for high-net-worth individuals, family offices and small to medium-sized businesses. Previously, he was the Director of Global Services for Cadence Design Systems, Inc., an electronic design automation company. Mr. Dadgar received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Seattle University, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University and an M.B.A. from Seattle University.
Kevin Lennil
Portfolio Manager
Kevin Lennil is the Portfolio Manager at Lattice Capital Management and has 10+ years of professional experience in managing hedge fund portfolios and options trading. Mr. Lennil joined Lattice in January of 2014 where he is responsible for managing their offered hedge fund products. Prior to his roles with Lattice, Mr. Lennil was a Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer for Exagroup LLC from January 2009 to December 2013. In this role, Mr. Lennil was responsible for the oversight of the firm’s investment process. Mr. Lennil attended the University of Washington and currently holds a Series 65 license.
Yinmo Wang, CFA
Senior Analyst
Yinmo Wang is the Senior Analyst and Trader at Lattice Capital Management. Mr. Wang previously designed custom solutions for clients and evaluated performance reporting for Financial Concepts Unlimited and prior to, performed finance and accounting functions in support of the CFO at Systems Plus. Mr. Wang received a B.S. in International Finance from Fudan University in Shanghai; a MBA from Montreux Switzerland; a M.S. Finance (MSF) and a M.S. Engineering Management (MSEM) and Systems Engineering (MSSE) from George Washington University. Mr. Wang is also a CFA® charterholder.
Jim Konte
Director of Institutional Business Development
Jim Konte is the Director of Institutional Business Development at Lattice Capital Management, where he brings over two decades of experience in alternative investments. Prior to joining Lattice, Mr. Konte held positions in sales, trading, investor relations, and business development, and raised over $2 billion for firms specializing in multiple strategies including direct lending, distressed, event driven, global macro, and structured credit. Mr. Konte received his B.A. degree in Psychology from Princeton University and currently holds his Series 7 and 63 licenses.
John O’Brien
Director of Business Development
John O’Brien is the Director of Business Development at Lattice Capital Management. Mr. O’Brien’s responsibilities are maintaining relationships and communications with existing investors while also developing relationships with new investors. Prior to joining Lattice, Mr. O’Brien has 6 years of experience asset raising for alternative strategies in both the hedge fund and mutual fund space. He also has 19 years of option market making and prop trading experience on 2 exchanges (CBOT and AMEX). Mr. O’Brien received his B.S. degree in Business from Fairfield University and currently holds Series 3, 7, and 66 licenses.
